My Practice
An Alexander Technique practitioner and movement and vocal education specialist since 1991, I work 1:1, in groups, run courses and talks and teach at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. My home base is in Islay, one of the islands of the southern Hebrides and divide my time between Islay and Glasgow where I lived and had a practice for many years.
Extensive experience working with singing, yoga, dance, martial arts, rehabilitation, training.
